I’ve got a poem in this newly published anthology from Friendly City Books. They have an interesting podcast with the editors discussing how they made their choices. My copy hasn’t arrived yet – will post more when it does. You can order a copy here. I’ve always loved the creativity of starting with a recipe and then either veering off because I’m missing ingredients and have to make some substitutions, or knowing I want to give it a bit more pizazz. Also I like peering into the fridge and wondering “what can I make for dinner with just these 4 items?” Does that sound a lot like working with a poetry form or responding to a prompt?
