What Do We Do?
On these walks what we do is very simple. We:
  • walk in mindful silence
  • sit and write or draw for brief periods, using my creative prompts or following our own intuition
  • take breaks for snacks and lunch
  • circle up and discuss our experiences
In wrapping up, I provide some suggestions about how to bring this level of awareness into everyday life, and extending the creative work begun in our drafts.

This little powtoon says it all.
