Triage
Triage is a set of three outdoor art installations in Bath County, near the town of Bolar, and in the direct path of the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP). It was installed on July 17, 2016. Members of Wild Virginia toured the installation as part of that organization's Pipeline Tour on July 24th.
These 3 works of assemblage will help protect old-growth trees -- such as the one in the banner photo above, an enormous maple that faces the piece titled "Canary."
The image to the left shows one part of the two-part piece entitled "Haberdashery," on a downed Shagbark Hickory.
